Cydia Does not work or Load Repos

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Cydia
2. Click on Source
3. Scroll down to repo wont show 12.4 Jailbrake Using Unc0ver 4.0.1
4. See error

• unc0ver Version: 4.0.1

Been looking for a fix but nothing!

Fisrt i installed it and since i just lost may jailbroken state i assumed it will work like always after jailbreak, but oh surprise! Keep getting cydia error 255 and can’t install nothing so i read a guy restore root fs and fix cydia, and so i did just to get anything working on cydia anymore

For everyone on 12.4 use unc0ver 3.8.0 to jailbreak.

pwn did a complete rewrite of substitute for the oob-timestamp exploit for iOS 13-13.3.
Just be patient while pwn is looking into this. But for now, just use unc0ver 3.8.0 to jailbreak.

If you jailbroke with 4.0 or 4.0.1 do the following: (YES you will lose everything. You are basically going back to stock iOS)

in 4.0/4.0.1 <-- important to use this version of unc0ver
IN IOS SETTINGS

1. turn OFF autolock (dont let your device go to sleep while doing restore rootfs)

IN UNC0VER

1. uncheck everything in settings.
2. check restore rootfs
3. do the restore*

*restorefs might hang but dont worry. if its been stuck for more than 10 minutes. close unc0ver and do a hard reset. search for cydia. If cydia is gone, then you're good. If not, do the restore rootfs again.

Now delete unc0ver 4.0/4.0.1
install unc0ver 3.8.0 from iOSninja
in settings let it be stock but check these:

Reinstall cydia
Reset cydia cache
Auto respring

TURN ON AIRPLANE MODE

Run jailbreak.

You should now be jailbroken on 12.4 with unc0ver 3.8.0 with cydia working again.

Problem is are any of the normal sources still offering signing for 3.8.0? They all only seem to be signing the most current version.

That links to Unc0ver 4.0.3, Seems hopeless so I just installed Chimera. Restoring rootfs doesn't delete tweak settings so once I was able to find sources and tweaks for Sileo, when I install my tweaks the settings are intact.

I hope when Chimera is updated for iOS 13 they break it off into a new version instead of breaking support for older versions of iOS like what happened with Unc0ver.

I think I have found a solution.

if you have reprovision installed and able to "jailbreak" (cydia opens but no tweaks), then you can install the old un0ver ipa file (v3.8) from iosjinja and open it in reprovision and install it.

there you go tweaks loaded and you have the old unc0ver.
