There is no official 12.4.1 jailbreak at the moment. Any site claiming to to have one is FAKE.

You can just downgrade to 12.4.. 12.4 is still signed by Apple.

As far as I know, 12.4 has not been allowed to activate.

I just did it less than 48 hours ago on a iPhone 6s Plus for one of my clients. Upgraded to 12.4.1, then downgraded immediately to 12.4. No issues.

I thought 12.4 stopped being signed quite some time ago. According to ipsw.me
