Running iPhone X on 12.1.2 and keep getting this issue. It comes up many times on the window.
Same issue on iPhone X here as well, not sure whats causing it but not many others seem to have this issue. Maybe certain iPhone X chipsets dont work?
I have the same problem but I have an iPhone 7 on 12.1.2
Same issue, iPhone X on 12.1.2
Please fix
I SOLVED IT!
it's the ios 12.1.2 fault. I downgraded to ios 12.1.1 Beta 3 (still signed) then jailbreaked. Worked for me :)

So after downgrading to 12.1.1 b3, even with retaining user data using 3UTools the JB finally worked. Again, thanks for figuring out a workaround
I鈥檓 getting this too...
Thx
Does the downgrade definitely work? If so, are all devices that run 12.1.2 being effected
Also is the 12.1.1 b3 still being signed?

I believe this issue has so far only existed on iPhone X devices. I made sure to download 12.1.1 b3 from here: https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/Beta_Firmware/iPhone/12.x
I used 3uTools to flash the IPSW to my iPhone while retaining user data. You have to enter DFU first though
Thanks for the link and the issue is on all devices it seems - it is happening on my iPhone 7
Was happening on my iPhone 7 Plus running 12.1.2. Downgraded to 12.1.1 b3 and it worked. Seems to be the solution.
I have a iPhone 7 it was running 12.1.2 now it鈥檚 running 12.1.1 beta 3. Now i can jailbreak.
Thx you for the fix.
For those of y'all that have this issue, please go to Settings->general->about->version and tell me the Build number (in parenthesis)
it will either be 16C104 or 16C101

I'm having this issue. Version: 12.1.2 (16D5024a)
Same issue in iPhone 8 iOS 12.2/ 16D5024a
So what鈥檚 happening here is y鈥檃ll updated past the highest version the exploit supports
@r0dil you are running iOS 12.1.2 beta, which, strangely, has a higher build number than the iOS 12.1.2 final release, downgrade to 12.1.1b3
@aphauger you鈥檙e running 12.2, however unc0ver clearly states that it only supports up to 12.1.2, not sure what you thought was gonna happen, but you need to downgrade to 12.1.1b3 as well.
Im closing this because it鈥檚 a lack of support by the exploit, we on the unc0ver team can do nothing to fix this. If you have this error, downgrade to 12.1.1b3.
