Uikit: progress with text doesn' work

Hi,

Progress element content (innerText) is not visible, as can be seen on the test page

It seems it worked on UIKit 2 : https://getuikit.com/v2/docs/progress.html

I'm joining as well. The HTML progress element is buggy and inconsistent. Should be replaced with a styled div, similar to how Bootstrap does it.
