Tslint: Why is there a version 6.1 when 6.0 is deprecated?

The question says it all, I just moved back to ESLint as suggested before, and now there's a TSLint 6.1 which is used in Angular 9.1? What's going on?

Angular is just too slow to migrate to eslint
