Truffle: Add code coverage as part of `truffle test`

Hi @davidmurdoch, awesome that you are going to add this as a feature. I'm working on a tool that analyzes the quality of unit tests, and it would greatly benefit from this functionality.

What will this functionality look like? Could it be possible to add a machine-readable output format that also contains the specific lines that are executed?

@JoranHonig I actually won't be the one working on this, I just assigned myself to make the stale bot from being automatically closing the issue. I just forgot to unassign myself.
