Trinitycore: DB/Quest: missing RP event at end of quest Swabbin' Soap.

Description:

When the quest Swabbin' Soap is turned in, an event should happen where some broom NPCs spawn and despawn after a while. The quest giver might or might not say something. Information is a bit lacking on this one, but the quest is still available on Retail.
