Tornado: Is there an ETA for the next release?

Hi,

Just wanted to ask if there's an ETA for the next release? Nothing critical, for sure, but it would be nice to get the new features / bugfixes / enhancements since the current stable has been released (September 2016).

It's almost there. I've gone through the PR backlog and just wrote up the release notes: http://www.tornadoweb.org/en/latest/releases/v4.5.0.html

I'll upload/announce a beta tonight.
