Tools: WCT failing on chrome 54

Description

Whilst testing elements on chrome canary ran into the following message - see paste bin. Not 100% sure of the root cause but appears to be with selenium, java and chrome drivers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. ensure latest version of chrome (dev/canary) installed
2. run wct in web-component-tester folder
   

   Expected Results

Tests to pass for chrome 54

Actual Results

Errors see paste bin here
