Theia: iPad Cursor Scrolling (iPadOS 13.4)

Description

I was using theia (Gitpod) on the iPad with the new cursor introduced in iPad OS 13.4 for a few days. I have to say that it works really really well. Only one thing is not working correctly: Scrolling.

Reproduction Steps

• 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 inch
• iPadOS 13.4.1
• iOS Safari
• Magic Trackpad 2
• Theia version is todays Gitpod version.

Try scrolling in the editor or other scrollable panels / views. The preview browser does scroll though.

Workaround

Anyway Theia (or Gitpod) is very very usable on the iPad now when using the minimap, touch gestures or scrollbars for scrolling. Anything except for scrolling seems to work fine.

Additional Information

The code-server project is facing a similar issue, and they already made some investigations here.
