For the people thumbing down, it is possible there may also be some permissions issues involved when you get this type of error, but once you install the -devel package you should get a new error.

Also, it is highly possible you do not need both python2 and python3 libraries in 2020. My issue was actually with patroni, not thefuck, but I only needed python3-devel.

I just try this command after 1 year AFK, and it works)))))))
