Summary

• There are many PRs by GSoD candidates as per instructions on #1075
• I would really love to get folks from the community involved in reviewing a few of them and help us assess the technical writing aspects of GSoD candidates

What needs to be done?

Here is a list of PRs that need reviewing

• [x] New content to chapter on data licensing #1194
• [x] New subchapter for reviewing PRs and maintenance for GitHub collaboration #1189
• [ ] Managing resources for remote collaboration #1176
