The-turing-way: Make all book-related post-its into issues

Do we want a separate issue for each potential chapter or would that be better covered in a book_skeleton.md file or something similar?

Image one is done (I might have combined some post its into one issue where it made sense to me, feel free to split them out). Will do the chapters later once we have an idea if this is all issues or rather a file.

Regarding separate issue per chapter vs book_skeleton.md, perhaps the markdown file would make it easier to spot if topics are being repeated in multiple chapters? I just want to minimise the chance of topics being covered in-depth more than once because it wasn't clear which chapter they were turning up in.
