It's not the clickable-links bug. I don't even have the plugin, and even after installing latest version the issue still persists.

Which windows build are you on? Try disabling ConPTY in the Settings -> Shell

I am having the same issue when swapping between tabs:

Version: 1.0.85
Platform: win32 10.0.18362
Plugins: none

I can confirm that this issue was resolved for me with ALPHA 86.

update:
I can confirm that the tab switching is resolved, however there is still a spacing issue. I shall make a new issue for this however.
