While using TensorBoard on Colab, Clicking on the Download PNG option in Graphs gives the "Failed- Forbidden" message.

Yep, #3714 is the correct dupe; thanks, @rmothukuru.

As to a workaround, you can always download the corresponding event
files and view them in local TensorBoard:

“How to download file created in Colaboratory workspace?”

…and once you have them in local TensorBoard you can download the graph
image as normal. But I’m not aware of any workaround within Colab itself
right now.
