Tensorboard: Sliders reset whenever reload kicks in
Image and audio plugins have a slider to select a specific step. It resets to the last step whenever reload refreshes the data which is especially annoying when you have 30s reload turned on.

Yess, this is so inconvenient !
But what do you mean about the 30s reload _turned on_? can you actually turn it off temporarily ? From the frontend?

You can, yes: click the gear in the top-right of the TensorBoard window,
and deselect the “Reload data every 30s” box.
