Telegraf: How to create menu using inline keyboard?

I would like to create a menu without using an external middleware as Telegraf Inline Menu, is possible achieve this only with the keyboard provided by this library, the menu I'm looking for should be something like this bot: https://web.telegram.org/#/im?p=@YogaMemberBot

Bot you told about has both types of keyboards available to post.

You haven't to use something additional to describe any of those two types keyboards.

Hi @Piterden first of all, thanks for the answer and happy new year.
I don't mean the first menu, but the plan menu. If you select "Monthly" plan, you will see a submenu like this:

as you can see there is a back button, I'm not able to replicate this without using Telegraf Inline Menu
