Tdesktop: Change list of emoji shortcuts

I would like to add some shortcuts for emoticons. The issue with #627 is a great idea but it would be better (for me) if I could change i.e. the :kissing_closed_eyes: with the :kissing_heart:.

Just providing a page in the settings GUI to customize these would be a huge step up, but still allows @telegramdesktop to keep things the way he personally prefers.

This would benefit many and inconvenience none. Please implement this, @telegramdesktop.

Well, I guess the function has been removed completely in favor of suggestions and their full names.
