Tdesktop: "Manage Channel" is visible for non-admins

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any channel that not created or managed by you.
  2. Click three dots

Expected behaviour

There should be no "Manage Channel" option.

Actual behaviour

You can see "Manage Channel" option. You can even open it:

You still can't edit it, but why keep it visible?

Configuration

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 1809
Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.5.8
Used theme: custom dark (not related)

Just for completeness sake, next to the "Manage Channel" and the Photo Upload being available, the "Add members" button is also available in the 3 dot menu.



Nothing happens when clicking "Create an invite link"
