Tdesktop: Send MP4 as File

Steps to reproduce

Send a MP4 file
It is send as video, not file, no matter what.

Actual behaviour

If the MP4 is sent as video it will get the preview, but not the original filename. It won't be searchable, and will appear as media, not as file.

Expected behaviour

I'd like to send my MP4 as files, like before. It is more important to have the original filenames on record.
Maybe add an option like with images, to send it as file, or quickly/compressed/treated as a video.
Or maybe an option to display filenames alongside with video previews.

Version of Telegram Desktop:
1.0.29

Maybe this could have the same approach as attaching images: on drag and drop, show two dropzones, one to send as video and another to send as file.

Right now I am stuck on 1.0.14 because I don't want to update and lose the ability to do that.

It is an old Issue but I'd like to have this feature to send videos from the desktop client not only as files.
I like the proposal from @noquierouser 👍
