I'd better see bots on top of the list (especially those with "has access to messages")

I think not to damage the order that is generated automatically when a user entering a group or supergroup. An option should be shown that will switch a view to see admins and bots if necessary. Anyway a bot that is of public use is visible through the available commands, but being able to see admins quickly is always a good idea.

There are bots without commands who have access to messages.
Some of them are just for counting stats/karma, while other...well, are tracking you.
