Tdesktop: Add checksum to download page

Please Add Telegram Desktop package md5 or sha1 hashes in download page so users can verify package health and safety

I would suggest sha256/sha512 if you want to confirm "package health and safety" as finding md5/sha1 collisions is quite easy afaik.
