Tdesktop: Allow disabling "send read status" when reading a message.

Sometimes you just don't feel like responding to someone. Allow us to disable the "read" status of a message if we haven't replied to it.

Bad idea; The read feature shouldn't be toggle-able because it will put the confidence of a read message at risk.

Some people may use read messages to determine if someone has read a message _in a scenario where it matters_ i.e. financial matters.

How would I know if you were ignoring me or actually not reading the messages.

This is possible with other clients, this is possible with anyone using the API. Not providing this option encourages people to use other, less trustworthy, clients to get this functionality.

But it's not possible with any other official client.
