Tasks: [Feature Request] Allow to pin search queries as smart lists

I would like the ability to have lists created based on tags. So, if tag a bunch of stuff as Next Action, there is a Next Action list created that shows me only that tag.

I guess I want to "filter by tag."

I have a more generic solution in mind for this issue: I think of implementing to search for certain properties, like "tag: Work, starred: <5, completed: false" and then enable pinning a search as a smart list. This would also cover filtering by tags and allow for more complex filter patterns as well.

I will kind of hijack your issue for pinning search queries as smart lists and create a separate issue for complex search queris. 😉
