Tailscale: Android app beta access

I'm guessing it's not the right time yet as android app hasn't been released but it would be cool to have the option to change the hostname within the APP itself.

I built it from the repo mentioned above there is no option to change the hostname and it defaults to localhost.

Apologies, I thought the issue was closed when commenting so I closed it.

Correction. The app seems to be functioning fine ( I had it conflicting with no root firewall so my bad)

@apenwarr is it ok to create issues at this point tho. I found a few bugs but it seems it's impossible to miss them during testing before release so I do not want to spam you with something that seems like it will definitely be fixed.

Hi all — we've just gotten our Android beta program up and running!

Those with a tolerance for a few bugs are welcome to join the beta from the Play Store. Please file any issues in this repo and tag them with OS-android in this repo. You can also see the currently open Android bugs to avoid dupes, but we'll also de-dupe and close as needed.

And, as pointed out above, those who are more bug sensitive can pre-register to be notified when a production version is ready.
