Tachiyomi: [Bug] Error decompiling images

• Android version: 5.1.1
• Devices Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition

Steps to reproduce

1. First step. Download manga, read readmanga.me/the_abandoned_empress
2. Second step. After about 4 chapters, the application writes (Error decompiling images) Then just closes.

I think that the problem here is that how you read the chapter and go to the next one, the cache is not cleared, but this manga with huge pages ...

@arkon Debugging log when reading manga, about the 19th chapter a bug appeared. I think it's better to watch the log from the end, it may become clear.

Can you update your readmanga extension and try again? I'm not sure why it just closes though.

Yes, the problem is the same. version 1.2.17. Complete removal and reinstallation, cleaning the cache does not help.
Apparently, as the application crashes, it downloads the file repeatedly and you can read manga further.

I think this problem is secondary until it manifests itself strongly. It rarely appears, but apparently on a heavy manga.. But I can’t help in solving the bug. I am a loser in programming;) But a good engineer =)

Because of work there is no time to read, I will look for the same long one. I’ll download, turn off the Internet and start reading. An error will appear, I will see what downloaded files. If the files are correct, then the bootloader is not the problem.

The main site has the issue, I had faced this once and open the source and the site has the same issue.
Better use another source (temporary)

Yeah unfortunately this seems like a rare scenario that isn't worth fixing.
