Tab-session-manager: Scrollbar in list of tabs covers delete button in Mac

Short description

In both the popup and the tab interface, once the scrollbar appears in the list of tabs within a session it covers the button to delete a tab / window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start browser with clean profile
2. Install Tab Session Manager
3. Open tabs
4. Save session (or let a session auto save)
5. Try to delete tabs and/or windows from the saved session via the extension's popup or tab interface

Expected result

Tab and window delete buttons in sessions long enough to require a scrollbar should be positioned so the scrollbar does not cover them.

Actual result

• The scrollbar appears when scrolling via trackpad gesture or mousewheel, blocking all tab and window delete buttons. The scrollbar only begins to close once the cursor has both been moved and its motion stops again (somewhere other than on the scrollbar).
• Clicking on a tab or window delete button causes the scrollbar to appear, blocking all tab and window delete buttons. The scrollbar only begins to close once the cursor has both been moved off of the scrollbar and its motion stops again (somewhere other than on the scrollbar).
• Deleting multiple tabs and/or windows from a session requires many precious movements both away and onto the delete buttons, with pauses in between for the scrollbar to dissapear.

It seems to be a layout bug that occurs only on Mac. However, I don't have a Mac, so I can't debug it... I'm waiting for a pull request from Mac users.
