Imported issue:
Steps to reproduce:
Expected: Mouse events for all other monitors should be disabled when on a a specific monitor.
Actual: When on a specific monitor, other than the host/server monitor, mouse hover events happen when mouse is still on the host monitor in the center of the screen, as if the mouse is being reactivated on the host monitor. When the mouse is moved on the different monitor the behavior does not occur and the hover event disappears, but when stopped it does.
Versions and operating systems:
Server: Mac OSX 10.8, Synergy 1.4.12
Client: Mac OSX 10.8, Synergy 1.4.12
Temporary workarounds:
Ignore you other screen, hope you are do not have a website that has mouse events.
Similar bugs:
None I know of.
Additional comments:
The behavior is annoying as a web-developer who works with websites with lots of hover events. During development work the mouse always resets to the host machine and creates the UI hover event every time I stop my mouse. Although not a substantial issue, can be an annoying one ;).
I also have this problem. Server is a MAC, client is a PC.
@nbolton any updates on this?
Video example of this happening. https://we.tl/Kd9m9EZm5I
I have my Macbook setup as server with a Windows 10 machine as the client. While my cursor on the Windows 10 machine it seems to send hovers commands to my Macbook usually towards the center of the screen.
