The developers are based in China, I think right now it's pretty difficult getting to Github from over there.

As i understand, SwiftyJSON not supported for swift3,
tried to install with carthage (github "SwiftyJSON/SwiftyJSON" "swift3") with branch swift3, no success ?

The last update was in June, back then the Swift 3 implementation wasn't complete in the beta. Things have changed since then.

The fine folks at IBM have an Xcode 8 GM - swift 3.0 compatible version available now on their own branch: https://github.com/IBM-Swift/SwiftyJSON/blob/master/Source/SwiftyJSON.swift

use https://github.com/BaiduHiDeviOS/SwiftyJSON/blob/swift3/Source/SwiftyJSON.swift instead. Works fine in my project.

The ibm branch is for Swift 3.0 , that's why. Zero errors on 3.0

This project seems to be not maintained anymore :( Hope IBM could maintain the project with brand new name (for CocoaPods)
