Swiftformat: Add a sponsor button to GitHub page

I'm so grateful for the amazing work Nick is doing with SwiftFormat as I'm sure are everyone else who is relying on this project in their day to day work.
I would love it if a sponsor button was enabled for this project on GitHub so that we can show our appreciation with something other than words.
I understand it's probably going to be pocket change, but it's the thought that counts :)

And maybe, just maybe, once a month Nick will have at least a cup of very fancy coffee/beer on us.

@dsabanin this is a very kind suggestion. Signing up to Github sponsorship seems to be a rather complex process. I'll look into it, but in the meantime I do have a PayPal donation link in the README file :-)

It seems like you can use outside sponsorship mechanisms, for example: https://github.com/mxcl/PromiseKit has tidelift and Patreon listed. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe there's an easy way to list those in the sidebar instead of hidden in the ReadMe text :)
