Swagger-codegen: Add swift5 codegen

Description

The current code-gen only generates client for swift4 and with the latest updates from Apple these codes are not compilable anymore. Access modifiers and optionals addressing changes are required.

Models.swift, Configuration.swift, AlamofireImplementations.swift files are affected.

if anyone is interested, i've managed to compile jar with corrected swift generator after having wiped out whole bunch of tests and checked out 2.3.1 version. you can find it in my profile
