Swag-for-dev: Suggestion: Move content from 'site/' folder to root

First brought up here by @aslafy-z.

Since this repository is now mainly hosting code for the website (and data.json is essential for the website), and the Readme too directs you to the website, I see no reason why the site content deserves its own directory. Moving site/ to the root directory will allow for smoother handling of files (especially data.json and the Dockerfile (#76)) too.
