Svelte: Remove digital climate strike banner

Hey 馃憢

It's impossible to use svelte website, repl or docs today. It shows this overlay on top of the whole website:

It's very sad to see such advertisement/malware over framework you like which prevents using it.

And this is a pleasant reminder that we expect everyone to be respectful and courteous at all times, being upset does not give you right to vomit expletives and dismiss other peoples concerns. It reflects badly upon you and the wider Svelte community. Indeed, some of the responses have been incredibly telling: remaining civil only when things align with your own ideals and priorities sets a low bar for civility.

Right click, inspect element and delete the div with id DIGITAL_CLIMATE_STRIKE if you really need to use Svelte docs today. That's no malware, it's a campaign to call for more awareness.

@mariojankovic I understand there are ways to remove it using inspect element, but other people don't know them.

There should be a button (x) in a corner to close it. Current way of displaying this campaign is bizarre and actually gives negative impression for both the framework and the campaign.

@vladshcherbin I think the point of this campaign is to bring awareness by stopping to work.

@evdama yes, climate change is "political bullshit" 馃槃

remember that open source contributors work for you, for free, and you shouldn't throw an entitled tantrum if they decide to turn off a non-critical part of the project for a day

if you have 10 minutes to write an essay on a github issue, you have 10 seconds to open up the DOM inspector.

@evdama dude, chill out, so climate change is not just "political bullshit" it's also "no real reason", nice 馃槃 I would suggest closing your code editor from time to time and see what's going on around you.

There's no svelte on a dead planet.

It's actually possible to make it closable, here is a demo page.

This banner variant would spread the campaign and make possible closing it w/o using inspector.

This is a no.
