Super-linter: Potential Open Source?

Is there a potential future for this as an open source Action on the Marketplace? (I'd love to use this for my open source projects!!)

@jasonkarns It would great to see this make it to open source!
Currently, there is very little closed source action on this... I guess the default rules for ruby and such may need to be cleaned, but other than that, nothing else sticks out to me...

How could we speak with to make that a reality?

I'm open for the license I just picked anyone when I started... and would love to make a maintainers or code owners file to help...
