Summernote: [Request] Image Properties can add Alt Description and Title for SEO purpose.

I wonder if image properties was necessary added for next release with the title and alt description for SEO purpose.

I've noticed this in a lot of different wysiwyg's, along with other elements. I think seeing as summernote is bootstrapped based, I'd like to see the ability of adding the different elements available in bootstrap with the styling options selectable.

If someone needs to edit title and alt attributes on images now, I just created a small independant plugin for this purpose: summernote-image-title.

Feel free to use it and contribute to add languages!
