Suitecrm: Sent mails on a IMAP-Server don't imported and refered

Issue

When we sent message, for example, by outlook on the same mail-account, they dont will be imported and refered in suitecrm.

When we change the IMAP folder to the sent folder in E-Mail-Module, we could see all emails we sent, but they are not imported automatically.

When we import it manually, the are empty... no text, no from field....

This is a very importand feature for us.

Hi @Mac-Rae , what do you mean by this reply?

I am facing the same situation where emails on the sent folder are not imported to SuiteCRM. This applies to pre-existing sent emails and to emails sent on Outlook or Webmail after SuiteCRM has been setup and activated.

@MyBlissIT I can confirm, that new send messages are not imported, when they send by another application than the crm (that is one issue)

I think there existing 3 issues, but i dont know the sourcecode:

• IMAP Send folder would not be imported automatically at first time
• IMAP Send folder would not be imported/synchronised permanently/periodicaly when we send message from another application than the CRM
• When you import it manually the messages are empty

One of our devs are looking into this issue and may have a fix soon, not sure if anyone else is working on it.
