When is email imported.. Is not possible forward email with attachment which were in email before import action.
Why? because when you imported email, from attachment become the notes and they are showing in History subpanel as notes...

When you forward imported email you should be able send it with attachments
Email is forwarded without attachments.. now must download every note into pc and attach it into mail :(
Will possible choose which of notes will added to forwarded email which is imported
This is solved in the current version 7.10.3
