Stripe-android: PII Data API

I need to use the PII API to get a PII token, but the Android library seems to be missing it. I can only find documentation for the Javascript API.

Hi Andrew!

You're right that it's missing it -- at the moment that is down the pipeline, just hadn't bumped up quite high enough in the dev priority queue. But with an actual customer asking for it, I'll see if I can get it moved up.

Solution was merged - this should be shipped with version 4.0.3 (can't promise a timeline, but sometime after a week is most likely)
