Storybook: Setting the default width/height of the addons panel?

In Storybook 5.3, I would like to change the default width/height (depending on the orientation) of the addons panel to be able to have the components and the story source side by side, like in the screenshot.

Is there a way to accomplish this currently? I could not find any option in the documentation.
