It says what the error is. Do not use root or sudo with npm.

Ok but I tried without using sudo, still i'm getting warnings and errors. In terminal 1 : All requirements had been installed and i'm getting stuck in Installation part npm install -g stf and not able to proceed further for building and running part. In terminal 2 : i'm running rethinkdb.
So please do help.

Sorry but you're opening too many basic issues like this. We provide the
software and it works. It's your responsibility to have your environment
set up properly. I don't think we can provide any more advice to you, it's
starting to take way too much time.
