Stdpopsim: start an FAQ page in the docs

Lots of nice new ideas are coming up on slack. Two initial entries for the FAQ could be

  • #663
  • coordinate system conventions for stdpopsim/msprime/SLiM/VCF/BED/GFF3

Sounds good to me! Maybe the F in FAQ should be >= twice, with a lower threshold for mistakes also made by devs?

Any thoughts on where this should go in the docs organizationally?

Also, how will we maintain adding to the FAQ? Just as time goes on contributors write an issue for good question from slack or somewhere else? Any more formal criteria?
