Should clarify that this is useful for constructing a macOS Application out of a Python environment.

I built a package for this in a separate channel (https://anaconda.org/cctbx/py2app) about a year ago. I can make a pull request to add this to conda-forge. Another package, modulegraph, is a dependency and I can add that as well (https://anaconda.org/cctbx/modulegraph).
