Sqlx: Is it possible to publish a new release?

Hi,

Thank you for providing sqlx. The latest release is from Jan 2015 and a lot of changes have been pushed ever since.
Is there any reasons that no release have been done since v1.1?
If not, would it be possible to release a new version. It would make dependency management much more reliable for us :)
