Spyder: Run (F5) does not work with Undocked editor

Created on 25 Nov 2020  路  3Comments  路  Source: spyder-ide/spyder

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Undock editor panel (on top right corner, the 3 horizontal bars)
  2. Press F5 in the editor window
  3. Nothing happens

However, it does run the selected editor panel if I am at the IPython console when pressing F5.
