Spyder: Spyder does not preserve the editor context when switching to other programs

Problem Description

Spyder does not preserve the editor view when switching between programs. e.g., Scroll the editor to other region where the cursor is not visible, then change of program in the OS and come back to Spyder, where the editor view is now where the cursor is, rather the one that was visible before switching programs.
