Spyder: Plots should remember last saved path

I really like the Plots pane - chasing down open figures was a lot of hassle ...

It would be nice if the Plot pane remembers the last folder for saving - just so you don't have to navigate down the same path on every save. Currently it opens the current working directory.

np guys - thanks for everything you're doing - keep up the good work! :clap:

you know yesterday I saved all my 27 plots with one click, and I had to redo this four times - something that would take a gruesome hour or so to do the old way window by window.
