Spring-boot: Can not run application with Tomcat using mvn spring-boot:run after upgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.25

I can't run my applications with Tomcat container after upgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.2.5 using mvn spring-boot:run. Selected log entries from console:

It is possible to run application using main (in my case "Run Application" in IntelliJ).
Is this issue related to spring-boot maven plugin?

It's not related to the maven plugin. My best guess is that you have inconsistent libraries. Are you forcing the tomcat version in any way?

I use Tomcat in version 8.0.23 (from Spring Boot 1.2.5 dependency management).

It looks like you have an extra servlet-api in your classpath. Can you share a project that reproduces the problem or run mvn dependency:tree or ./gradlew dependencies to figure out if this is the case?
