Spotify-downloader: Interactive CLI
An optional interactive prompt eg spotdl -i --interactive (or whatever argument we wanna give it) that prompts the user for each option as they go (good for those that aren't comfortable with the command line).

I had created a script for v2 that did exactly what this asks for. I think I might be able to implement it in v3 if it gets enough upvotes.

Sure, lets see what happens.
I'm not exactly big on CLI improvements. I intend to transition to a GUI in the next 2 to 3 releases.

Nice one, I figured it should be pretty easy to implement. Nice low hanging fruit.
