Sphinx: 1.7.6 release plan

Hi maintainers

30+ days have passed since last stable release. So it's time to release.
I'll ship it on next weekend (7/14 or 15).
Do you have any comments for this schedule?

I will make a new release within 24 hours (In Japan, tomorrow is national holiday. So I'll work hard tomorrow :-).

@tk0miya I added some last minute LaTeX PRs to this milestone because I was offline, and will be again starting in two days (18th).

@jfbu Is it better to postpone this release? If they are important, we can change our release date.

I think #5176 is an important fix. So +1 for postpone the release.

@tk0miya thanks I have now merged the fix for #5176. Please go ahead with release if you have time. I am sorry for not having done my work earlier, but due to various reasons I am basically offline and got back to internet only on July 16, 00:30 AM EST.

TBH, during this release, I was a bit busy because of World Cup. But finally I enjoyed both hacking and watching games :-)
(Congrats for champion, vive la France!)
Note: Please let me know if you wait my response. I might have overlooked it.

I'd like to restart developing Sphinx from now on. I think the next target is the release of 1.8 :-)
