Hi maintainers
Unfortunately we could not do monthly release because of busy in August (including me!). So I propose you to ship it in mid of September. What do you think?
In Japan, we (I and @shimizukawa) have a Hack-day in PyCon JP at 10th Sept.
So I think mid of Sept. is good for release.
Note: issues marked as 1.6.4:

mid of September
OK!
Sorry, I and shimizukawa are busy in the hack day. So we will try to work again in next weekend.
Many issues and PRs has been filed during our absence. We need to handle them step by step. So I will release 1.6.4 soon, and will go to start processing them for 1.6.5 release.
I know the issues are not well triaged. But we already have some fixes on current stable branch. I think triage work should not prevent the bug fix release.
@shimizukawa what do you think? I'd like to release current HEAD of stable as 1.6.4 if you agree.
agreed.
I filtered issues on 1.6.4 milestone. And I postponed almost of them to 1.6.5.
I think #3965 and #4051 is a bit serious. So I'll try to fix them tomorrow.
But, regardless the result of my challenge, I will release the next package within a day.
.. note:: At last, I cleared my personal tasks. So I would be able to take a time for maintainance from now on :-)
I just released new package.
Thank you always :-)
